How about that moka-smoka-triple-squirt-whip-cream-and-sprinkles afternoon coffee that's giving you a major sugar crash 30 minutes later? 

When you zip up your jeans now, does your muffin-top look more like a 2-layer cake?

Well then!!  Come join us ONLINE for this fun (FREE!) 5-day tour of our most common sugar traps, along with tips, tricks and a few delish recipes to keep your sweet tooth happy without the guilty and the gooey. After five short days you'll be on your way to a more empowered, healthier, slimmer new you! Here's what we'll be up to that week:

  • Where does the nastiest processed sugar hang out and how do we identify their hiding places? You'd be surprised! A look at what's 'bad, better and best' in the world of sweetness.
  • Let's get smart and count the many names for sugar that are in processed foods. I've listed about 45 so far!
  • Introducing tasty plant-based sugar substitutes that are satisfying and sweet, and don't do a number on your blood sugar.
  • Who's brave? Ready to get rid of the cookies, cakes and candies living in your pantry? You're the boss! Time to take control! We'll help each other out.
  • We'll have examples of recipes with no sugar at all, those with sugar from fruits, and who will benefit from each. It doesn't have to be 'one size fits all'.
  • Spoiler alert! Alcohol is a major source of sugar and does a number on your waistline, liver and hormones.  We'll take a look at some tasty substitutes and helpful ways to cut back on the booze.
